Dr. Laura Vasallo
Have you ever been told that there is nothing wrong with you or that nothing else can be done to help you feel better?
Arriving in the Land of Plenty (United States) from Cuba at the age of 8, Dr. Laura Vasallo did what most young people do and she started to eat all the yummy stuff. This poor diet led to feeling frustrated and an unhealthy lifestyle, which led to many visits to traditional medicine doctors for pills and antibiotics as the answer. Noticing that she was not the only one with these frustrations and struggles Dr. Laura knew something had to change but was not quite sure what.
Never a person to shy away from life, she enrolled into one of the oldest and top institutes for acupuncture and oriental medicine in Florida and at the age of 24, she became a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. At the same time, Dr. Laura also studied and earned her Massage Therapy License, became a Bach Flower Practitioner and is now a health coach.
Practicing what she preaches since 2000, Dr. Laura has become a compassionate and dedicated physician who strives to bring back the tradition of the caring healer, one who knows and understands their patient, not just their disorders because as she believes “The aim of the treatments, in addition to relieving the main symptom, is to restore overall harmony and health to the individual.

I am a graduate of Florida School of Massage (FSM) in Gainesville Fl. as of Sept.2013. Me and my family of 7 total (5 kids ages 16,10,4 and twin boys who will be 2 in Dec.) along with my husband of 13 years, just moved to my hometown here in Palm Bay Fl. at the beginning of 2019. I have recently met Dr. Laura and staff here at the Natural Approach Wellness Center and immediately felt ease and comfort with them. I am looking forward to receiving, and understanding more about acupuncture, as well as the other wellness services offered through this wonderful office. My goal is to bring with my LMT experience pain relief, balance and peace for the mind, body, soul and clarity for all my clients. My bodywork offers an incorporation of intuitive massage with deep tissue and Swedish flow also bringing in some Thai/yoga stretching. All combined I believe with regular sessions, massage will help the body to better heal itself though injury and daily life stressors. As we strive for balance, pain free and a peaceful feeling of wellness. There are many blessings in life that may be shared, I hope to share some of mine with you!

Hi! I’m Stephanie. A West-coast girl living in an East-coast world. I am a mom to 5 beautiful souls and a bonus momma to 3. Born and raised in Washington State, I moved to Florida in 2007. I started my earlier career as a Paralegal and became a licensed Cosmetologist in 2008. I am super excited to be back out here loving on people!
I am excited to be a part of this amazing team! Dr Laura’s genuine heart and passion to help heal and educate her patients is beautiful. I am humbled to be able to learn from her and to witness the healing happening in our patients.

Body Sculpting and Yoga Instructor
Erica is a full-time teacher for Brevard Public Schools who spends her free time traveling, biking, kayaking, hiking, and snorkeling. She loves working out and has a passion for helping people incorporate fitness into their busy lives.
In 2010, she earned a group fitness instructor certification through AFAA, and a few years later she became a personal fitness trainer. Erica’s goal is to lead fun fitness classes that keep her clients smiling while sweating.
Lara Ramos
Yoga Instructor
My name is Lara Ramos and I am from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. My family and I have been living in the Space Coast since 2007. I’ve been practicing Yoga since 2011, teaching since 2014. I completed my 200 E-RYT Yoga Certification under Anette Armstrong at Downtown Yoga, a pioneer in this field in Melbourne, Florida. My certification include Vinyasa , Yin , Hot and Power Yoga. I strive to provide you a practice that has effort and surrender. I meet my students at their level of experience and physical ability with a focus on safety and body awareness. My classes and sequences are approachable, nurturing, creative, at times challenging yet fun. I like providing a playlist along with the sequence so that you will leave feeling renewed, inspired and accomplished. I consider my Yoga practice a constant journey. Yoga has given me freedom both physically and mentally. I believed strongly in the value of remaining a student and have plans to continue to deepen my training not only as a Yoga Instructor but also in foundational Ayurveda philosophy to complement the Yoga Practice and enhance the health and well being of each individual.
